Court rejects bail plea of Dr. Rajesh Talwar

Noida court has rejected the bail plea of Dr. Rajesh Talwar, the prime accused in the sensational Noida double murder case. This high profile murder case creates storm in the country.

The lawyer of Dr Talwar moved two bail applications on the grounds of health grounds and loopholes in the police investigations. Chief Judicial Magistrate A K Singh granted the application moved by police seeking custody after prosecution pleaded that his police remand was essential for further probe into the case.

Earlier police had remanded seven-day custody for Talwar, but the court allowed only three-day remand for the completion of the prosecution.

Arushi Talwar was found murdered in her Sec 25 residence, while her domestic help Hemraj was also found murdered on the terrace of the house. The police has detained Dr Talwar on the charges of double murder.

However, Dr Nupur Talwar, Arushi's mother and the wife of Rajesh is denying the police theory by saying that Rajesh loves his daughter too much to have killed her.
